Why would you cancel?

No, it's okay. Things happen. I’ll get over it. *sniff*

Ticket cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

Ticket cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may, at the discretion of management, receive store credit that can be used towards a future Level99 visit.

Once you have arrived and begin play, Level99 does not offer full or partial refunds.

In the event that there is severe weather, power outage, or venue closure you may be eligible to cancel or reschedule your tickets for a full refund or store credit.
